Making Music

Jon has been toying around with Ableton Live and several related music-composition programs lately. I've been curious, so we collaborated a bit this evening to build a simple piece of electronica using his MIDI keyboard and Live. I've played with Cakewalk in the past, so the learning curve was reduced a bit, but my eyes were still goggling at the immensity of modern digital music composition. I love music so much, but I've never been able to compose it, and that's always bothered me. Yet another hobby!
